Ohio Food Manager Certification Level 2 Training
The Columbiana County Extension of The Ohio State University has partnered with TAP Series to
provide on online Ohio F ood Managers Level 2 Training that meets all r equirements set by the
Ohio Department of Health.
Online Training and Certification Exam
Flexible Learning- Complete the training at your own pace, on your own time.
Local Certification Exam- After finishing the course, take your proctored certification exam right at the Columbiana County Extension Office.
Meets ODH Requirements- Fully approved for food service managers across Ohio.

If you need to schedule to register for the proctor exam only Cost is $80. You will need to register by calling the OSU Extension office at 330-424-7291. You will need to provide the following documentation prior to the exam date: Copy of Completion of ServSafe Level 2 course and a copy of your drivers license.
