4-H Honor Cords for Graduating Seniors
Are you a high school senior in Columbiana County and an active 4-H member? You could be eligible for the prestigious 4-H Honor Cord!
To apply, simply complete the application below. If selected, both you and your school office will be notified of your achievement. Don’t miss this opportunity to be recognized for your dedication to 4-H at graduation!
Applications Due: April 1 to the OSU Extension office

Columbiana
East Palestine
Leetonia
Lisbon
Southern Local
United Local
Wellsville
