The Grain C.A.R.T. (Comprehensive Agricultural Rescue Trailer) program focuses on providing hands-on training, equipping first responders to respond both safely and with awareness of agriculture-specific risks.

Grain bins can be classified as confined space rescues, requiring response personnel to have knowledge and technical training in somewhat unconventional rescue situations. Grain C.A.R.T. training addresses various agricultural hazards with the goal of increasing awareness surrounding the most common causes of grain bin fatalities - suffocation by engulfment and entanglement with moving parts.
