The 2023 Quality Assurance dates have been posted. Youth who are planning to exhibit at the Columbiana County fair must attend one Quality Assurance Training or take the test to test out. Exceptions to Quality Assurance are Pocket Pets and Horse Exhibitors all other Exhibitors are required to attend.
