ServSafe® Manager Certification Course Scheduled for August 19 and August 26
Food safety is essential to protecting customers and maintaining a successful food service operation. OSU Extension is offering a two-day ServSafe® Manager Certification Course designed for restaurant employees, food service professionals, managers, and anyone seeking a nationally recognized food safety credential.
The ServSafe Manager Certification program provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to identify food safety risks, prevent foodborne illness, and promote safe food handling practices in food service establishments.
Participants will receive comprehensive instruction on food safety principles and prepare for the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam, which will be administered on the second day of training.
