  6. Ohio Person In Charge Know and Show

    New Food Safety Training Available!
    Join OSU Extension for Person in Charge (PIC): Know and Show on September 23, 2026. This one-day training meets Ohio Department of Health requirements for food service employees and includes hands-on learning, educational materials, and a Certificate of Completion.
