In 2024, the Columbiana County 4-H Youth Development Program experienced significant expansion through community partnerships and the creation of additional community clubs. A notable collaboration between OSU Extension and the Columbiana County ESC facilitated robotics instruction for students (K-12) at the Opportunity School. Within this initiative, students participated in tech programming, focusing on coding of Sphero Indis and Bolts. Traditional 4-H programming through community clubs grew through the creation of four new clubs. Enrollment in 4-H community clubs reached 700 youth.
