To participate in the 4-H Youth Development activities and receive any awards or recognition for the current year, a youth must be enrolled as a 4-H member in the Ohio State University Columbiana County Extension Office on or before June 1, of the current enrollment year. Participation in all 4-H Youth Development activities and Junior Fair activities is optional. Some activities may require participation in prior and/or mandatory activities to qualify.
